About the Role

You will provide designated nursing services as specified in the booking, in accordance with your skill level and qualifications. Services may include wound care, medication administration, chronic disease management, care coordination, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), and other related tasks. Some tasks, such as complex monitoring, complex wounds, IV therapy, will only be performed by certified team members. Otherwise, Routine task can be performed without additional requirements or certification.

Requirements

General Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in California

Education Requirements

  • For RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

  • For LPN: Completion of a state-approved practical nursing program.

Licensure

  • Must hold a valid California nursing license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) for RNs.

  • Must hold a valid California vocational nursing license for LPNs.

Clinical Experience

  • Completion of required clinical hours as part of nursing education program.

  • Experience in a healthcare setting is often preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.

  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification may be required.

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by California state law

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
